Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of EasyCast (easycast.live), operated by EssentialApps. By using EasyCast you agree to them.
Your account
Hosts need an account. Keep your password secure; you're responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to create one.
Plans and limits
Each plan includes a monthly allowance of live streaming and server recording hours. The free plan includes 5 hours of each. A stream or recording stops when the allowance runs out, and allowances reset at the start of each calendar month (UTC). We may change plans and allowances, and we'll update this site when we do.
Your content
You own what you stream and record. You're responsible for it, and for having permission from everyone who appears in your shows and recordings. You may not use EasyCast to stream or record anything illegal, to infringe other people's rights, to harass anyone, or to break the rules of the platforms you stream to.
Acceptable use
Don't try to disrupt or overload the service, get into other people's rooms or accounts, or use EasyCast to send content to places you're not authorized to stream to. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Recordings
Download your recordings when you finish. Server recordings are deleted after download, and recordings recovered after a disconnect are kept for only 24 hours. We can't restore deleted recordings, so keep your own copies.
Third-party platforms
When you stream to YouTube, Facebook, Twitch, Kick or any other service, that service's terms apply to your content there. We're not responsible for those platforms.
No warranty
EasyCast is provided "as is". We work to keep it reliable but don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that every stream or recording will succeed. To the extent the law allows, EssentialApps isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost recordings or streams.
Changes and ending
We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. You can stop using EasyCast at any time and ask us to delete your account.
